Mounts are a transportation method to let you travel faster in the open world and while out of combat. Some mounts have the ability to fly.
There are currently 53 mounts available (As of 10th of July 2021).
In order to access the mounts tab, open your skills menu (normally bound to 'K') and pan down to the 4th tab on the left. Favoriting a mount binds it to the mount button (normally bound to 'T'). Note that if you want a specific mount to appear when you mount up, you must have only that one favorited.
Summoning a mount to ride has a cast time and cannot be used while moving by default, but unlocking the Pet (P) skill "Smoke Cloud" allows you to mount up while moving and reduces the cast time by 0.3 seconds per level.
Mounts have been planned to be one of the main prestigious rewards from upcoming Raids.
