A currency introduced in patch 1.1 used to buy items from the Qin League Merchant.
It can be obtained by completing Heroic Events, dailies and weeklies (PvE).
A player can only obtain up to 10000 Cloudrise Writs every week and in total can only own up to 50000 of them.
Since version 2.0 , this currency can only be obtained from version 1.0 and 1.1 Heroic events.
